Demand Supply Planning
3PL (3rd Party Logistics) selection
S2F Supply Chain has extensive experience of working with companies in selecting logistics providers. This has ranged from selection of single providers through a structured tender process to working with multiple providers to ensure an integrated solution across mulitple sites. The key is to identify the specific needs of the business and align these with the strengths of the providers. S2f Supply Chain can assist with the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, selection and tender process, as well as defining the SLA (Service Level Agreements) and Contracts.
