What happens if I get stuck?
As an extra service to our customers, we offer an e-Support service. This is a very simple principle. If you are at the end of your tether and you just can't figure out how to do something, email us on support@schoolnetlinks.com.
We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours at the most, usually your response will be within hours - except over weekends. 
In the future, we will be setting up a discussion forum where you will be able to check and see if other people have had similar problems and resolved them.
Best of all, the cost of this service is included in your annual fee.
